“GOATS” are any movement that you are not good at.  Not sure what to pick?  Pick two movements that when you show up to class, you don’t want to see those movements on the board.  Need some ideas?

Rowing, DU’s, Pullups, HSPU, OHS, TTB, Pushups, Cleans, Snatches, Box Jumps, Wall Balls

You should not be practicing these with an elevated heart rate.  These should be done with low intensity and 100% focus on doing correct the mechanics of the movement.
