CrossFit is the most effective training program out there. We train hard at CFA, harder than most people think that they can push themselves. One of our biggest strengths is our tight knit community. Together, we make tight bonds that help push ourselves. CrossFit develops mental strength and determination amongst individuals.

What We Do at CFA
Whether you are a high school athlete trying to improve your game, a parent that wants to be able to do activities around your house or with your kids, an Olympic athlete, or a grandparent wanting to keep your independence, CrossFit is a program that can be done at any level of fitness, from beginner to advanced. We are not your typical gym that you may be used to going to. Each day there is a new workout posted on the board that EVERYONE will do. We prepare the individual for General Physical Preparedness (GPP). If you want to lose weight, get stronger and actually be fit, our program and experienced coaches will help you make that happen. Everything about CrossFit is challenging, no matter what your fitness level is. CrossFit has added value to our life and we want it to do the same for you.
