400m Sled Drag
This is dragging the sled either by harness or by straps, and we are facing *away* from the sled. load the sled with approximately a quarter of our bodyweight, which is intended to be a difficulty that we can walk the distance *without stopping* once. A recovery pace, firing the posterior but without intensity.
